Bad Parenting
Before we had Inara we didn't understand what people meant when they said that once you have a baby, you will barely have enough time to feed yourself, let alone do housework. Now we know exactly what they were talking about. It's amazing how much time it takes just to change, feed, dress, rock, and carry a baby. And what fun would it be if you didn't take time to sing, smile, talk, read and play with this wonderful little person? That's why I think it's ok for everybody to use a few tricks every once in a while. A few minutes in front of the washing machine never hurt anyone, right? And if you use TV as a motivator for tummy time, it surely will not damage her brain, right?

Whatever works! One thing you definitely learn is not to judge other parents because you have no idea what they've tried that hasn't worked before they finally found something that does work! Inara looks great, so you must be doing something right! Hugz!!
