On our last day of Andrew's vacation we had lunch at one of our (my?) favorite spots in town. They also have a playground, so it works out pretty well.
Me and the girl's have had an excellent week so far, but it's always more fun when everyone's home.
On a side note, we've been trying to get Inara to pick up more after herself. It's going so so. A couple of weeks ago, she said she had a "surprise" for me in her room. The surprise was that she had taken down all of her's and Alba's clothes from their shelves and put them in a pile on the floor. She had also unpacked a few of the boxes of baby clothes sitting in the other corner of the closet and added them to the pile. When I asked her how the house would look if mommy and daddy just threw things on the floor, she looked me straight in the eyes and said " Really nice." Good stuff.
On the other hand, Alba unpacked most of the freezer yesterday - and then put it all back again without us saying a word. I guess there is hope!
